These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Newhaven is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Newhaven and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom.
Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are resident in the United Kingdom. By submitting a consultation, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and truthful.
We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual where it is clinically inappropriate or where we have reason to believe that information provided is inaccurate. Certain medical conditions or medications may make you ineligible for weight loss treatment. This will be assessed during your consultation.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our registered pharmacist prescriber or supervising clinician. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are only issued where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so, following a review of your medical questionnaire. You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications and allergies honestly. Failure to do so may result in risk to your health and immediate termination of your account.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only in accordance with the clinical guidance provided and must not be shared with or used by any other person.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect orders already confirmed and paid. You will receive a full itemised receipt upon payment.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day following pharmacist approval of your prescription. Delivery is made via a tracked service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All medications are dispensed in appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund in accordance with the Medicines Act and patient safety regulations.
If your prescription is not approved by our pharmacist, you will receive a full refund of any consultation or medication fees paid. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Newhaven are intended to support, not replace, professional medical advice. Our service does not constitute a substitute for a consultation with your GP or other healthcare provider.
We strongly recommend that you inform your GP of any weight loss treatment you are undertaking. Results from weight loss medications vary between individuals. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
